Hi, is there a way to resolve this issue? Currently the payment gateway properly works and gets the payment and pings payment gateway that it is paid. However, when it goes back to the event espresso payment notification, it still displays that the payment is still pending despite the payment notification. Not sure, we have tried everything to try to resolve, but is there a special way to ping from payment gateway to event espresso feature automatically without manually doing this?
Appreciate your insights on this.

Hi David,
You didn’t mention whether this was an offsite or an onsite payment methods. Assuming it’s an offsite payment method, is it using the methods from the EE_Offsite_Gateway class?
