Hi, I’m using EE4. Is there a way to specify which records I want to download for an event, rather than downloading them all every time? It would be very helpful if I could choose only new registrations since last download, for example.

Hi there,
Event Espresso does not record when/what you downloaded on your reports so it can’t download ‘new’ registrations automatically as it doesn’t know what is new on the report.
You can filter your registrations based on reg date and select a specific month to export, does that help?
To do the above go to Event Espresso -> Events.
Hover over the event name and click ‘registrations’, that lists only registrations for the current event you want to export.
Then at the top of the list, you’ll see filters/dropdowns, select the month you want to export registrations for and click ‘Filter’.
Now at the bottom of the list is a ‘Filters CVS Report’ button, that exports the registrations with the current filters applied (in this case a month filter).
