my client tjhiker.com says that when she received payment via stripe for her events, she doesn’t know who it is or for what trip / event they’re registering for. is this configured in Stripe or EE?

Hi there,
Is she just viewing the payments within the Stripe dashboard? Theres only so much info we can send over to Stripe with our integration.
However, the emails sent to the event admin by EE during registrations should provide all of the info needed, is she not using those?
If you can add a screenshot of the section she is viewing I’ll check if we can add additional info to it.
