Hello, i want to change the basic tables, who are at single events used for the ticketing, into div containers with bootstrap classes. Is this possible and can anybody tell me how i can do this or where i can find the code at the basic files.

Hi there,
Are you referring to the ticket selector table that appears on the single event page where you select a quantity of tickets, then click on submit?
If so, I would not recommend making edits to the files. If you absolutely need to add bootstrap classes to the markup, you can use some jQuery and use the addClass method.
Then, you can use the wp_add_inline_script() function to inject your custom script onto the pages that have the ticket selector.
