My Client would like their CSV to only have certain information, is it possible to customize the export?

Hi there,
Yes, there is a filter you can use to alter the content of the export.
We have some examples here:
https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/tree/master/admin/registration-reports/core
If you are just removing fields then I recommend using something like this:
https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/admin/registration-reports/core/tw_registration_report_exclude_fields.php
This then leaves all of the custom questions assigned on the event(s) in the report and does not need to be modiied to include additional questions if they are added later.
