In that list (note there are multiple pages) find the ‘Ticket’ template – http://take.ms/DcX3w
That’s the ticket template used by default for all of your events. You can edit that template by clicking on the Recipient link there.
If you want to create multiple different templates you can click the ‘Create Custom’ button in that section. You will be taken to a new custom template (created on the current default template that is sent when you click that button) – http://take.ms/kCliL
Be sure to provide a meaningful name as you will need that to select the template to use for a specific event.
So to set that ticket onto a specific event you edit the event itself within Event Espresso -> Events.
In the event editor you’ll find a ‘Notifications’ section, tickets are ‘HTML’ templates so under that section you can set a custom ticket template – http://take.ms/Fq20S
(Note you can also create new custom templates and edit the currently selected templates using the buttons shown in that screenshot)
