Guys The customised messages no longer work and has not done so since at least one of your recent upgrades. Can you take a look at this since this (along with another long outstanding issue I have already highlighted with you guys) is doubling/ now trebling my work. I subscribed to this plug in with the understanding it would reduce my work! Thanks (Last message posted under of same topic from old account – please respond here) |
Hi there, When you say they no longer work, what is happening? Do you see an error message? Are you using the multi event registration add-on? |

There’s no error message: the customers are not getting the the second half of the email template of customised messaged under ‘Event List’ Not using Multi event add on. |
Can you link me to an event I can register on that has this message assigned to it please? |

Hi There are a number of events and this is one of them: Also, the confirmation message online gives your fake address rather than our address which is in place under general settings Thanks |
I’ve just placed a registration onto the event that is pending payment, can you change the registration status and trigger the messages so I can see this please?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice. Within the settings you’ll see Payee details – http://take.ms/z2QVy If the fake address details are saved there you can remove those and save the settings. EE will then used the details within General Settings. |

I’m getting a full email through from the registration. It may be easier if I take a look at the message template, can you provide temporary login details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ With details of which message template I should check for the event please. |

That’s good news – and I’ve had no complaints of late so something has righted itself somewhere. If there is a re-occurence I’ll come back but it’s fine for now, thanks. |
