Hi there,
I saw in a forum response in 2017 you were adding cart abandonment functionality.
Has this been added? How customisable is it? Can you please send me information i can pass onto our web developer to add this functionality to our website?

I want to be able to see who adds an event to their cart and completes the details but doesn’t finalise it and i want to send them a “don;t forget to book” email.
As per the link response you were adding this functionality two years ago. How to i access this?
