It is important for employees to see customers comments in the check in App. When a customer purchases a ticket they can leave a comment or an answer to our questions: What time will you arrive? Add what size tee shirt in the comments box, or “We need a table for food” or they just make a comment – “I have a special needs person and might need help or specific seating”. The App does not show the customers answers for my employees to prepare ahead for. Is there a way to make the answer show up?

Please, could you provide more details about what you are facing? Screenshots or a screen record (we recommend Loom) would be great to understand what’s happening.

Customer clicks on my calendar link to purchase a ticket for a specific event.
Customer has to answer is a question in order to check-out: “What time will you arrive?” They answer “3:00 PM” and buy the ticket. They also have the option to write a comment.
On the Event day: On my iPad, is the espresso event customer check-in app.
Each customer had to answer the question “What time will you arrive?”
Their answer does not show on the espresso event check-in app. on my iPad.
For me to see their Comments and answers I have to go on my computer using the WordPress Espresso Web site program and pull up each customers registration one by one. Very difficult to do at a travel event.
When we are out at a travel location we need to see the customers comments and answers so we know any special needs they may have.

Hi there,

Currently, it isn’t possible to change the output of the app to display additional registration questions without rewriting the app itself, I can add this as a feature request for the app but even if accepted it won’t be something that would be available ‘soon’.

As it stands the only way to be able to access the above info is to either log in via the web interface or use the CSV export for the event.
