Could you please help me ASAP.
My customers can’t book when selecting REGISTER they have info:

Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

I have excluded the critical pages from stackcache but it din’t resolve the issue!

Can you please help out?

Many thanks
Joanna

Hi Joanna,

May I ask what’s the URL of the site please? Also, do you know which web host it’s being hosted on?

Could you please help me with this one ASAP?

Many thanks

Hi,

You probably should not be using any caching plugins on the site, because it appears there’s already some caching happening at the server level.

Can you check with your host to see if:
1) They can add cache exclusions for the event-checkout page?
2) If they’re OK with whatever caching plugins are installed? They might tell you to remove those if they are already doing the caching.

I have done this already please see:

But it didn’t help.

I’ve excluded my critical pages:
/cancel-return/
/event-checkout/
/event-transaction/
/thank-you/
But with no luck

You’ve excluded them where exactly? Within a plugin’s settings, or did the host add those to their server-level caching settings?

Have you contacted your web host about this?

I have excluded these within my Wp admin – and this didn’t work.
But following your advice I look into the server- after deleting the caching folder – all fine now – issue resolved.
Thank you very much for you quick respond.
Many thanks
Joanna

I actually advised to contact the web host. If deleting the caching folder seemed to help, you probably should make sure that the caching folder will not be added back. Otherwise this could happen again in the future.

Yes, I spoke to them already.

Thank you very much.
