Hello,
I have tried searching the support forum but the results page hangs with a message “Loading”.
We are using the latest paid version of EE4.
We are trying to customise the emails and messages sent to registrants following registration. We need to be able to insert the start and end date time fields and venue information into the confirmation email templates.
The documentation page at: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-shortcodes-template-variables/ is not helpful.
Can you please tell us the shortcodes to use for inserting these values into the custom templates.

Hi Shari,
Is this the ‘Registration Approved’ message your are editing? This would be the message sent when a user pays for their ticket (if paid) or completes the registration (if the ticket is free) when their registration is set to approved.
Is so you’ll want to edit the Datatime_list section – http://take.ms/rB5qj
You can add the [TIME_START] and [TIME_END] shortcodes there.
For the Event location you can edit the ‘Event List’ section, you will find multiple venue specific shortcodes available for that section – http://take.ms/YtvXz
Make sure you are editing the correct context when working with message templates.
