There is a link on the right-hand side of your account page where you can complete a form. Please complete that form and then add any details about the design of the ticket and we’ll start some communication to get that done for you. Once we reply, you can reply again with assets (files, fonts, etc.) for the html ticket itself.
I have been trying to click on the “form” link for a week but it keeps taking me around in circles and getting the “Please purchase a Support Token to use this page.”
