But wanted to know if this data can have reports run on it, or can I have it shuttled into INFS so I can get a better idea where my customers hear of us from. Or will the question answer only be seen in the approved registration emails?
The answer to the custom questions appear in the Registrations CSV report that’s available from the Event Espresso > Registrations page. Once you have that CSV report file, you can run a report on it using your favorite spreadsheet app or any other app that can open a CSV file.
Those fields can also be sent to Infusionsoft. Your developer can follow this documentation to make that happen:
