Custom Questions not appearing on backend

I have added questions in a new question group to my registration form. These appear on the front end and can be filled out. Everything appears correctly for the user to edit the information or view a receipt. however, on the backend when i go to registration details the custom questions section is blank and the answers are blank on the exported csv file. I can provide screenshots of all of this. I checked to make sure there were no issues with questions being in multiple groups or with multiple questions having the same value. Any ideas?

Hello,

A couple ideas:

– Have your attendees (or yourself) completed the registration form with those questions?
– Are you viewing the Registration Form Answers via the Screen Options? https://www.screencast.com/t/4axFDltU

I’m not able to reproduce this. The events I have set up with custom questions do show the custom questions in the registration record. So, any more information you can provide would be helpful.

Ok, so I finally realized that when there are multiple purchases in a given transaction, the custom questions only appear with the first item, all other items say there are no custom questions. I don’t really need them in the export, so this will work for me now that i know.
