We are trying to export the registrants list from an event, but it isn’t bringing all of the custom questions through into the csv file. Specifically, we ask registrants to provide their gender, but that selection isn’t coming through. How can we export all the fields for each registration?

Hi,
I checked via the REST API and it appears someone has gone through and changed many of the Question’s admin labels so they’re no longer unique and they do not match the question in any way. For example, the question “What is your gender?” has the Question admin label “Wait No More – Walk in Registration” and so does a few other questions.
To fix, each question needs to be edited so each has its own unique admin label. This is because the CSV report uses the admin label as a key for that data.
You’ll find an example of a Question label that’s correct if you check the “Lunch selection:” question, it’s Question admin label is “lunch-selection”.
