May I ask have you checked the checkbox next to the question group within the event editor? There’s more information about how to set up questions, in the documentation:
I checked your site’s registration form and it looks like the Question group did not saved. Can you go in to edit the Question Group, re-check the box next to the question(s), then click the Save button?
Two questions – do I have to do anything on the event pages themselves (i.e., should it show up there when I go in to edit the event)?, and How do I delete a duplicate question within my custom group, please? I have two that say the same thing, and I’m wondering if that’s the problem.
When you go in to edit the event, you’ll see some meta boxes that look like these:
and you check the box(es) next to the question groups you want included in the registration form for that event.
Please note there are 2 meta boxes, the first one is for the Primary Attendee (first form on the registration page) and the second one is for optionally showing additional forms if there are additional registrations.
How do I delete a duplicate question within my custom group, please?
You go to Event Espresso > Registration Form, then find the question you want to delete. You might need to go to page 2 if there’s a page 2 to find the question. Hover over the question, then click the Trash link.
