I have a set of custom message that are supposed to go out when the student registers and makes payments. I Just did a test run and I got the generic payment and registraiton emails not the custom ones I did.
I went to the custom messages and it says
The template for Event Admin Recipient is currently active.
WHich I think means they are “on”
How to do I make it so my custom emails go out and not the generic ones.
The custom email templates are selected within the event editor. Does the event in question have the custom templates selected within the “Notifications” box of the event editor?
Nope they are all set to global, I will fix, thanks for quick response!
