Custom Messages

When creating a custom message, the system is requiring the Send a test email to * field be completed, but I do not want/need to send a test email.

Hi there,

It’s the HTML Validation field kicking in there, I’ll create a ticket to see if we can prevent that from happening.

Currently, you’ll need to add a value to the field before saving. It’s not going to send a test email unless you click ‘Test Send’ to submit the email to the test send function but it may save whatever value is set.
