Is there a template to make a more enhanced email go to each registrant? I can’t brand it well to match the website…

Hi Dov,
If you are using Event Espresso 4, then the messages system will allow you to customize various messages that go out to registrants.
The message template that is used for a successful registration is registration approved:

Could you provide some specific examples on what you are trying to change?
For example, the grey header along the top can be changed by switching to text mode and adjusting the color and then saving.
An image can be shown in that header by uploading one through the General Settings –> Your Organization page of Event Espresso.

I want to get rid of the sidebar with the social media links and make a bigger map instead and then overall brand it to startbeat.com

Hi, that sidebar also has venue information above it so there would still be a sidebar appearing with that content. Lets work on these steps individually to see if you like the changes.
