I have created a custom template for Registration Approvals. I have selected that template for each of the events that require it, however, the general template is the one that is being sent in every instance. Here is one of the events that have it applied: http://sheptin.com/courses/common-core-algebra-1/

EE Version: 4.9.33
WP Version: 4.7.3

Hello,

I just tested this on my end and it worked alright, so let’s debug.

There are three contexts where you can change the templates, depending on who you want to send the custom changes to: Admin, Primary Attendee, Registrant. If you made changes to only one of those contexts, you’ll have to look for the email for that person. Also note, that the Primary Registrant context is off by default.

I made changes to the Admin and Registrant and neither worked. I received forwards from the client confirming the Admin wasn’t working and a different request leading me to believe the Registrant wasn’t either.

The client’s host is WPEngine.

Hi,

Are you completing a registration to test or using the send test option in the editor?

If you are using the sent test option through the messages editor, then try completing a registration and you should see your changes come through.

Also be aware of the message template that you are receiving. For example, if you register and pay, then you’ll receive the registration approved message.

However, if you register and do not pay immediately or use an offline payment option like invoice (if enabled), then you’ll receive the registration pending payment option.
