Hi I’ve a personal license of EE. However when I select the Custom Message Templates TAB. There is only a preview screenshot and an option to “Upgrade to EE4 Right Now”
Does the personal license not include Custom Message Templates?

Hi there,
It sounds like you have EE4 Decaf installed and need to update to the full version of the plugin.
If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins
Search for ‘Event Espresso’ and let me the full version number you have installed please?

Thank you, I had a quick look over the site and whilst you do have the full version of Event Espresso installed it is running in decaf mode.
If you take a look within your sites wp-config.php does it have anything like define( 'EE_DECAF', true ); ?
If not how was Event Espresso installed on the site?

Hi Tony,
define( ‘EE_DECAF’, true ); was indeed in wp-config.php. It now works after I’ve taken it out. Thanks very much for the fantastic support!
