HI
I have tried to create a custom message and the link seems to be broken – not able to do from the default message template page or by modifying existing message – please assist.

Hi there,
Can you add some more details on what is happening, please?
I’ve just gone through and tested creating/editing custom templates from the event editor and through the message section without issue.
Can you post the steps you are taking and what you see?
