Custom Message Template

I added a new custom message template and it doesn’t seem to be overriding the default message template.

Here are the messages that are sent out, https://s24.postimg.org/orw2vt9mt/Street_Cop_Training_Word_Press_2017_02_23_11_08.jpg . Do I need to set the template somewhere? I am picking the correct messenger + type.

Hi Dennis,

You need to set that template to be used within the Event.

Edit the event you want that message template to be used for and look for the ‘Notifications’ section – http://take.ms/xojt1F

That’s a ‘Registration Approved’ template so select your template from the dropdown for that message type and save.

Registrations on that event should now use that template.

If you want all of your events to use the custom template you would be better editing the Default message template as that’s the one used for all events.
