I created a custom template for the invoice for my event. It appears in the custom message templates tab under Messages. I have it selected in the notifications section of my event. When I test the registration process that custom invoice does not display. Please advise.
Are you clicking the ‘View Full Order Confirmation Receipt’ button (which is the ‘Receipt’ message) or the view invoice link?
Does the original Invoice template display rather than the custom version?
