We want to assign zoom information for each event and then include it in the registration approved email. The zoom info changes for each event.
If we could put the zoom info in a custom field as part of the event details, we could merge it into the registration approved email. We would not have to edit a custom template every time.
Advice?

Hi there,
The messages system has the [EVENT_META_*{custom-field-key}] shortcode for this type of use case.
So if you have a custom field with the key set to ‘zoom-1’ you can use the shortcode like this [EVENT_META_*zoom-1] to pull the value for that field.
You can add that to a custom template, or the default templates if all of your events use that field.
