I just tried for the past 4 hours to set my outgoing email. I am in EE4. I cannot seem to get it to send out the message I want it to. Can you please give e directions how to do that?
I have edited the registration approved message in the “messages” section as well as in the event itself. I am just adding some text for directions. It works when I send the test email, but when someone actually buys a ticket it does not include the text. Help me please. I am having to email each person individually at this point when they buy a ticket.
Yes I needed to set the registrant version. Man that took a while to figure out. I have been emailing our customers individually. Thanks for your help.
