Hi there,
I have a complete, customized html email template that I am hoping to use but I am unable to include head and body tags within the message editor (EE4). I notice that there is already a support topic on this issue, but it has been marked resolved without any response:

Is there any way to create a complete custom template?

Hi there,
The message editors within EE are intended to be used to alter the content of the messages, to completely change the layout and css of the messages you’ll need to register your own ‘Template Pack’, you can find further details here:
