Hi We are trying to set up some custom emails in EE4 but the shortcode/tag we are meant to use for answers to questions keeps throwing up a not allowed error in the CMS.
We want to list answers to questions and thought we should use [ANSWER_followed by question] but we must be doing something wrong. Whats the syntax please and which box should they go in in the template builder?

The proper format for the dynamic answer shortcode is using the exact question display text. So if the question display text was “Do you like cheese?” then the shortcode would be [ANSWER_*Do you like cheese?] Notice by exact, we mean spaces, special chars etc.
It does need the [ATTENDEE_LIST] shortcode to be in use.
