Custom Email Per Event

Is there a way to set up a custom email for registration approved per event? I have a summer camp event and I want that registration email to be different than my other events (I want to add a section in the email for what to bring to camp). How can I do that?

Hi there,

Yes you can.

The easiest method is to edit the event that you want a custom message for, then at the bottom of the page you should see a ‘notifications’ section.

Click the email section and you’ll see a list of message templates – http://take.ms/xxbv8

Click the ‘Create New Custom’ button next to the Registration Approved template.

Give that template a name so you know what it is for and a description if needed.

EE will create a new template and assign it to the event, now click the edit button for the template and you can edit that template. The template will only be used for any event you select it on within the notifications section, all others will use the ‘Global’/’Default’ template.
