Custom Approval Emails

Hello,
When I choose custom approval email to go to the registrant after registration complete, the both custom and default approval emails go to everybody on the “To” field of the email.

Could you guys help me solve this?

Hi there,

Which ‘context’ of the Registration Approved message are you editing? For more details see:

Usually, when this comes up it’s because the user is editing one context, lets say the Event Admin, and then receiving another, the registrant.

So have you created a custom Reg Approved template and unintentionally changed the ‘Event Admin’ context to go a ‘Registration’ shortcode?

If you are unsure, can you post a screenshot of the template you are editing please?
