I have created a new user and assigned and event to that user with role Event Manager. When they export registrants details they don;t get the complete info. Just Event Details, Paymentm, Name. Not address or custom questions. When can I change this?
I double checked, and I’m finding that everything is showing up for my event manager. Do you have the questions/ questions groups roles assigned to the admin only?

I have check questions in the groups and they are not set to admin view only. I can’t spot anything else that maybe the issue. What other settings may be the cause?
Admin view only is for hiding questions from the front end registration form. When you’re logged in as the event manager, do they have access to these custom questions in the questions manager?

No, only some questions are showing in their control panel. The questions not exported are not showing. How can I give them access to all questions?
As I mentioned in my email yesterday, the questions are being filtered because the user in question is not the owner of the question group. The admin user owns that question group so it’s being hidden from the Event Manager user (and would be hidden from any user with R&P active, regardless of their role in the current build). I’ve created a ticket for this to not filter the questions based on ownership because I can’t see any benefit from doing so, but this requires a core functionality change. At this time the workaround is to switch users to that user, and create the questions/question groups for them so they have access to them in the export.
