There are two buttons at the bottom of each overview registration page. One is called all registrations CSV report. The other is called filtered CSV report. |

Hi there,
If you have navigated to Event Espresso -> Registrations and then click the ‘All Registrations CSV Report’ button you should get an export of (almost) all of the registration you have in EE, not just the current page. (EE will ignore abandond registrations in the CSV report which is why I say almost) If you look at the bottom right of the list it will give you a count of all registrations – http://take.ms/2WnaF Take a note of that number, then click the all registrations CSV report button and note how many registrations it exports, are they of similar values? (On my site I expore 1600~ compared to the ~1800 that EE shows, that’s due to abandonded registrations and is expected, exporting say 50 out of 1800 is not). The filtered CSV button should use all of the filters you have set on the page to get to the current view you are at to export, for example, if I set the status filter to not approved and click the filter button I get 28 registrations – http://take.ms/2eQCR Clicking the filtered report will export those 28 registrations.
Yes, go to Event Espresso -> Events. Find the event you want to export the registrations for and hover over the event name, you’ll see a ‘Registrations’ link appear below it. Click that. Now if you view the export buttons again you’ll have an ‘Event Registrations CSV Report’ and again a filtered report button. Clicking the event button will export all registrations for that event. Is that what you are looking for? |
