.CSV Report Error 404

We are running EE4. When we go to export the event registrations to a csv report, the report starts processing but then loads an “Error 404 page not found” page (the error is within the framework of our site design) instead of automatically downloading the csv file as it used to. Up until a week ago, we had not experienced any issues with this. Deactivating/reactivating Event Espresso has not resolved the issue. Please advise.

Hi Brian,

I can advise that you check with your host and give them a timeframe of when you were running into these errors to see if they can track down the cause of the redirects to the home page in your server’s mod_security logs. If they can identify a specific rule you’re tripping, they may be willing to disable it for you.
