CSV registration report missing addresses

The issue we’re experiencing occurs when you go to the events to generate the CSV report for attendance. The CSV report is missing about 90% of the addresses of the attendees. Sometimes only the states and zip codes will appear. It should pull the address from the Payment checkout page, correct?

I’m not sure how long this has been an issue, but in generating reports for events in 2017, the address fields are missing there too. I installed a different theme, and I’ve deactivated every plugin except Event Espresso to see if that changed things, but the addresses were still missing. Any idea of what is causing this?

Hi,

The CSV report will actually pull only from the registration form. It doesn’t use the address that’s input on the payment form.

What you can do is set the event’s Registration form settings to include the Address Question group. Then your CSV registration report will include addresses that were captured during registration.
