However the CSV from registrations will not open in Excel on her Mac. They opened just fine when we had EE3. The CSV opens fine on other Windows machines. T

Hi Chuck, that file was from Event Espresso 4.4.
Could you temporarily deactivate other plugins on your site and then download a CSV?
Does that file then open normally?
Be sure to restore your plugins after.

We deactivated all plugins except for EE plugins and results are the same.
The file she downloads wants to open as a web archive
Safari Document (.webarchive).

Hello,
We don’t use that file format.
Could you ask your colleague to test in Chrome, Firefox, Opera or another web browser to see if the same thing happens?
