Hi.

This is a follow-up from this ticket:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/csv-exports-ee4/?view=all#post-334109

The CSV download list is working as expected when accessing a filtered list from the Events page directly. (Events >> View Registrants >> Registrations CSV Report).

It doesn’t work if you access the registrants via the event details list.

(Events >> Event Name >> View registrations for this datetime >> Registrations CSV Report)

By taking this flow, although the screen has a filtered list for that specific date of an event, the downloaded CSV has all of the attendees. The filtering isn’t applying in this place and this is the screen our client uses for each of their events as they have multiple datetimes available.

If this could be looked at, we’d really appreciate it.

Thank you πŸ™‚

Hi there,

Thank you for reporting this, I’ve created a ticket to get this fixed in the next version of Event Espresso.

If they need to get a report of registrations right now, they can manually add &use_filters=1 to the URL to force EE to use the current filters within the CSV if that helps?

So a datetime filters reg list URL may look something like this:

/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations&event_id=793&datetime_id=116&action=default&default_nonce=fb54bdc729&return=edit

The admin can simply change it to:

/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations&event_id=793&datetime_id=116&action=default&default_nonce=fb54bdc729&return=edit&use_filters=1

Note I’m not saying the above is the ‘solution’ to this, we’ll apply the filters moving forward, but right now it will get the report if needed.

Great. Thanks for the update and the temporary workaround. That’s really handy for them. πŸ™‚

You’re most welcome πŸ™‚

Just to note, this has indeed been fixed in the next version of Event Espresso (v4.10.36.p) which has just been pushed live.

If you don’t see the update on your site just yet then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check.

Now the update should show in Dashboard -> Plugins.
