I’ve tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and each time I go to export the registration list, after the loading bar completes, the browser opens the file in a new page that looks like gibberish–it should be allowing me to download the file instead. Again, this happens regardless of browser. Any idea what’s going on?
As this is happening on multiple browsers it may be that your server is returning an incorrect MIME type for CSV files. What that means is the server is telling the browser the content is HTML (not a CSV file) so the browser tries to open the content instead of saving to a file.
If you open a ticket with your host and ask them to add this mime type to the server:
