CSV download not working

Hi guys,

I use the Brave browser. It basically emulates Chrome without all the spyware and junk. I have been using this browser for years with no EE issues.

Today I tried several times to download the complete CSV file for an event and no luck. It seems to run the report, I see the progress bar hit 100%, and the same messaging as always but there is no download in my browser downloads, download folder, nothing.

What do I need to do to get this working again?

Hi there,

What version of Brave are you using?

Where are the browser settings set to save files?

Do the downloads work with another browser?

What version of Event Espresso do you have installed?

Hi there,

Usually, when this happens it is because browsers now black HTTP downloads when viewing a HTTPS site.

If you go to your WP Admin and check the settings, so Dashboard -> Settings -> General.

Is the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ set to use http:// or https://?
