where do i put the css on my site to hide the entry meta showing up on my espresso events. the date is confusing as it shows up very large to the left of the title, and the actual event date is tiny and light gray by default. I found this when I searched on how to hide it…” To Remove any element with a CSS class of entry-meta across the entire site .entry-meta{display:none;} ” in a former post, but I dont know where to put it. And my next question is. how do i change the default for those font settings as well, they are very small a barely readible.

Hi Cathy, if you found that in one of our articles, then that would be an example on how to hide for certain themes. That isn’t applicable to every theme.

CSS changes can be easily added through a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or Simple Custom CSS. Both are available from the WP plugins directory as free plugins.

Could you post a link to your single event page so we can help you identify the CSS that you need to use?

Hi Cathy,

This CSS should remove the post meta like the author name and posted date:

.espresso_events div.post_info { display:none !important; }

If there is additional information that you would like to hide, then please let us know and we’ll share feedback.

Hi Cathy,

CSS changes can be easily added to your site through a free plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or Simple Custom CSS.

You could search for one of those through WP-admin –> Plugins –> Add New.
