Hello, I am having issues with the Critical Pages, we have set up events for a user to sign up to however when the user gets past step 1 of the form we are facing a timeout issue where nothing is happening, this worked previously. If I gave you a username would you be able to see run a quick test ? Best, Ashley. |
Hi Ashley, are you running the latest software? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/ You mentioned that this was previously working. Have you recently installed any new plugins? If so, could you temporarily deactivate those to rule out a plugin conflict? — |

Hi seem to keep getting stuck here. Please see image below. when fill out the form then confirm then the 2nd button appears, i click on confirm my registration nothing happens. I checked the settings and everything seems ok. |
Hi Ashley, are you on the latest software and have you tested with only Event Espresso 4 running? — |

Hi Lucey, Can you also enable WP_DEBUG and see if any error are being thrown on that page please. |

Hi Lorenzo, We have not updated the latest version. i can’t think of any other reason why the form will complete. It was working last week. Best, Ashley. |

will not complete* |
Hi Lucey, Can you link us to one of your events so we can run a test please. If you prefer not to post the link on the forum, or the site requires users to be logged in, please use this form: |

Hi Lucey, I ran a test registration on one of your events and was eventually directed to the thank you page. The redirect took a little while but it is working, however no ajax spinner is loading to show an action has taken place. Within the source code I can not see the spinner, have you removed this? You mentioned in your login form that you have manually altered the Event Espresso core files. This is something we can not support as we can only support the code as we provide it. Can I ask what you have modified within Event Espresso? there may be a better way to make the changes you are making without modifying core. |
