I keep getting emails from my wordpress site saying “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”. The email contains the following:

Can you tell me why this occurs and how I can fix. I have deactivated the vent Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) plugin to stop the errors.
Is there a conflict?

Hi there,
That error means your server is running PHP8, which Event Espresso is currently not fully compatible with.
I’ve just pushed an update for the WP User Integration add-on (v2.0.18) to fix that specific error, please update to the latest version.
If you activate the add-on then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check and the update should show in your Dashboard -> Plugins menu.
Update to the latest version and the above should stop.
