When attempting to test send either a Custom Message Template or a Default Message Template I am getting a critical error. When debugging is turned on and I try a test send I get this message below.
A RuntimeException was thrown! code: EE_Admin_Page – _route_admin_request – 1150
Page route “_insert_or_update_message_template” with the supplied arguments () threw the following exception: Call to a member function get() on null

We found the cause of this and fixed it in version 5.0.7.p which has now been pushed live.
If you don’t see the update available o your site yet just go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check.
The update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins as usual.
