Hey Guys any support would be appreciated as I now have a critical error showing up: But I don’t want to post that information publicly. I have emailed this to sales at EE but I need to get this sorted out quickly.
I saw the email you sent to sales and the error message in the email indicates the critical error is actually coming from one of your customizations. I’ll add a separate reply with more specific information from the error message.
I’ve not received an email. You can reply with that information here which will ensure support staff gets the message.
