Hi there,
We recommend not posting login credentials on the forums but rather use the form available here:

However, logging in won’t here as we’ll need to know what the error being thrown is. Normally with the error being thrown, you (the admin) will receive an email that usually has more details with the ‘full’ error shown.
Are you getting those emails?
If not, you’ll need to check your servers error logs to see what the error being thrown is so we can investigate this further, your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view PHP errors thrown on your site.

Are you sure that is the error being thrown on that request?
The reason I ask is that error is from the wpdm-page-template plugin and as far as I can tell from the above is something they will need to fix.
It looks like it’s looking for a template that doesn’t exist/it can’t find and returning an empty string, which then breaks the locate_block_template() function call.
I downloaded the above and checked the code, its looks correct but I can’t test it with the free version of download manager by the looks of it.

It was that page plugin causing the error. I turned it off and the error is gone. I’ll submit a ticket with WPDM. Thanks for your help. We really appreciate it!!!
