We recently took a look at our critical pages tab inside general setting and we see that Registration Checkout Page has a short code problem. I double checked the page and the short code is there. Although we do have a page builder installed with our theme, would that cause this error to show? By the way, the short code IS on the Registration Checkout Page.

One way to find out if the Page building is causing the problem is you temporarily deactivate it. One important thing to note is the shortcode must be added to the page’s main content section. If it’s added to another area of the page or through an options panel it will not parse correctly.
