I just bought the EE4 Personal License and tried to upgrade from the EE3 and use EE4 for my events. It’s been an awful experience. The functionality of EE4 does not work with my website on so many levels. The biggest pain is the functionality in the admin isn’t even working properly and the public facing event pages aren’t working right either. Such a disappointment since it looked like it would have some good functions and features.
Anyway, I read somewhere that if EE4 functionality didn’t work for me, I could credit my EE4 purchase towards an EE3 license. Can I please get that? The EE3 free was working fine for me, so hopefully a move to EE3 Personal will work fine. Plus, I’ll be happy to have the promo code functionality that’s only available in EE3 as well.
