Several of my buyers who are registering online through PayPal are getting error messages with corporate credit cards. They are new cards with chips. I have tried invoicing them through PayPal, still not working. Getting an error message for an unsupported card, What can I do to fix?
Have you contacted PayPal and given them the details of the error message? They may be able to get the details of the transaction to see why it failed.
That seems logical. If the credit card form is on PayPal.com, they’ll be able to investigate.
