I’ve set up my website to accept credit card payments but would like to take the AmEx option off…how do I remove that?

Hi Miriam,
We can do that by using some jquery to remove that option. Could you please link to an event so I can see the payment page?

It will help to know which payment method you’re using. A link to the event is not necessary in this case.

Hi,
If you are using SIM, then you would need need to disable American Express usage via your Authorize.net account. If you cannot find the appropriate settings, I would contact their support regarding it.
If you are using AIM, then you can upload a new button icon via the Payment Settings > Authorize.net AIM Settings section, so that that card isn’t shown (you would need to create this image). If you need to also disable American Express usage here, then you would need to do as above and disable it in your Authorize.net account.
