What the error message means is you need to go into your Authorize.net account and either correct or add the Response URL. Here are the step by step instructions from Authorize.net on how to add it:
To add a valid Response/Receipt URL:
Log into the Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net.
Click Account from the main toolbar.
Click Response/Receipt URLs under Transaction Format Settings.
Click Add URL.
Enter your Response URL.
Click Submit.
The URL you enter for the response field should match the page URL you have set for the thank you page on your website. Usually yoursite.com/thank-you
