We continue to have credit card issues after we made the suggested changes by your staff. Our PayPal account accepts credit cards but your software does not.
Our clients are frustrated. We are not happy with your support.

I replied to your email about this. Maybe you did not get the email.
May I ask have you checked to see if your PayPal account has the completed application to use PayPal Pro? (this isn’t the same thing as a PayPal account that can accept credit cards).
